Reach readers who choose where they spend.
Fisher & Farmer covers books, food, travel, and rural life across the American South, Ireland, and the United Kingdom. Our readers are subscribers, event attendees, and buyers — not passive scrollers. We offer directly sold advertising across digital, print, and our Minnow Rewards programme.
Get the Media KitWe offer a limited number of directly sold advertising placements across our editorial platform and newsletter. Every placement is curated to protect the reading experience and to ensure brand alignment between our advertisers and our audience. We do not use programmatic networks.
People who choose where they spend
Our readers span three regions: the American South (Charleston, the Lowcountry, the Gulf Coast), the west of Ireland (Connemara, Galway, Mayo, Clare), and the south coast of England (Hampshire, the Solent, London). They skew towards educated, affluent adults aged 30–65 with strong interests in food provenance, outdoor pursuits, literary culture, heritage travel, and conservation.
Editorial pillars: Agenda, Afield, Library, Living, and Provisions.
Fieldwork programmes: Bog Bia, Bradán & Brehon, Field School, Hot School Meals, Salmon School, Seaweed Studio, and Apprenticeships.

A simple equation with real impact
Every advertising dollar does two things: it reaches an engaged audience of people who care about food, farming, and provenance — and it directly funds the Minnow Rewards programme, which credits 10% of every qualifying card transaction back to the member’s Minnow card.
Your ad spend is pegged at 20% of the card volume it supports. A 5,000 ad placement funds 25,000 in community spending power.
Members load their Minnow cards and spend at approved independent businesses — in person and online, wherever our partners are.
Every qualifying purchase earns a 10% credit, applied directly to the member’s Minnow card. No codes, no receipts. Your advertising made that possible.
Bigger businesses aren’t the problem. Disconnection is.
The businesses that advertise with Fisher & Farmer are not the adversary of the small ones on our Minnow network. They are often the same people — at a different stage, or a different scale. A regional grocer. A heritage food brand. A hospitality group with roots in the community it serves.
What these businesses share with our Minnow partners is something more important than size: they care about where food comes from, how it reaches people, and what kind of economy they’re building.
The point is not to punish scale. The point is to make scale useful — to take the reach and resources of larger businesses and direct them back toward the independent ones that define a place.
When you advertise with us, your brand isn’t just seen by our readers. It’s actively funding the credits that go back on their Minnow cards every time they shop at a partner business. Your logo appears alongside a tangible act of community investment.
Start at any level. Scale when it works.
Every tier includes placement across fisherandfarmer.com and our newsletter, plus a published impact statement showing exactly how much your spend returned to the community.

Minnow Rewards is currently in development. Advertising tiers and community impact figures reflect intended design based on a 20% ad-to-volume ratio and 10% card credit rate. Impact statements will be published once the programme is live. Fisher & Farmer reserves the right to adjust tier pricing and placement details. All advertising is subject to editorial guidelines.
